They are very professional. They take their time. They don't make you feel like you're rushed, and I would recommend talking with Tom. Shepard, very professional. He's down-to-earth. He didn't try to sell me. I asked about the bad stuff with the vehicle. He'd come right out and set it. They're fixing stuff. I like him. He is very professional and kind. Very family oriented I brought my son with me and he was treated with respect, and I felt like he was welcome.
